The owner of this clean low mileage Interlagos Blue E92 M3 wanted to make it even better than when it left the factory. By using all of our experience from modifying our own Japan Red M3 we put together 3 of our favourite packages that will transform this car from good to great.
Modifications can be ruined without good foundations, so we started by doing a full suspension refresh including a brand new BMW rear subframe and replacing/upgrading every bushing related to the suspension.This allows our Evolve x Bilstein EDC dampers to do exactly what we want them to without trying to compensate for worn bushings ruining the experience.
The suspension upgrades means being able to carry much more speed over rougher roads and through corners, and just like power upgrades more speed means the brakes might start to show their weakness, something the E9x M3 already suffered with as standard!
To fix this flaw we take a leaf out of BMW M's own book and fit the F8x M3 Brembo Brakes on the front and rear. These replace the single pot calipers with 4 and 2 pot calipers that are also lighter and provide much better confidence when braking hard.
Together all of these upgrades massively improve the handling performance of the car without ruining its road manners.
