In 2017 we let an artist loose on our F87 M2 to create a moving art piece, the project was pretty divisive but we still miss seeing it around the workshop. Now in 2026 we're doing it again!
We knew when we first drove the G87 M2 that it had huge potential, largely sharing a lot of the hardware with its M3/M4 siblings. So when ours arrived we wanted to build a car that would rival the M4 CSL on both road and track.
Back when we first reviewed the Mr12Volt P2000 CarPlay/AA unit on our E92 M3 we praised its OEM+ integration and excellent music audio quality. We've sold and installed many of them since with customers agreeing that it is a great way to add some modern features to an older car whilst not ruining the interior aesthetics with a replacement screen.
The owner of this clean low mileage Interlagos Blue E92 M3 wanted to make it even better than when it left the factory. By using all of our experience from modifying our own Japan Red M3 we put together 3 of our favourite packages that will transform this car from good to great.

When the E9x M3 came out BMW was still using a single piston brake caliper. Come the next generation of M3 the base option was a 4+2 pot setup from Brembo, which not only gave much improved braking performance but also looked far better.
Over the years we've tried hundreds of different styles of exhausts on various different cars, so it's pretty rare that we try something out thats truly new to us.
Hard track usage will always put more strain on many of the components of a car, so today we're fitting a couple of new parts from MMX to help upgrade our M2 'CSL' and keep it performing its best as the mileage rises.
