NRW Design Exhaust Cam Blocks - BMW G80 M3 | G82 | G83 M4 | G87 M2 (S58)

On the S58, the exhaust camshaft also drives the two high-pressure fuel pumps. On tuned engines – particularly single turbo or built engines running high boost, stiffer valve springs or upgraded HPFPs – this extra load can exceed what the VANOS system can control, causing the exhaust cam timing to drift or "walk".

Cam walk leads to unstable fuel pressure, inconsistent AFRs and timing pulls or throttle closures from the DME. The NRW Design Exhaust Cam Blocks help prevent this, allowing your tuner to dial the car in without sporadic cam timing issues.

Please note: Designed for single turbo and high-boost built S58 engines and should be set up alongside appropriate tuning. Price is for the cam blocks only – the cam vise plate tool is not included.
