Security

The S65’s factory oil separators struggle to keep up with blow-by, especially as they age or once the engine is modified, which can lead to power loss, increased crankcase pressure and build-up on the throttle bodies, plenum and valves. NRW Design’s Catch Can Project kit replaces the oil separators with custom block-off plates and routes oil, unburnt fuel and gases through a catch can instead of back into the intake.

Everything is CNC machined or laser cut, black anodised or powder coated, and uses genuine BMW gaskets so replacements are easy to source. It is a direct drop-in that installs in around an hour, needs no modification and is fully reversible.

Please note: This is a hardware kit – the catch can and -10 AN swivel fittings are not included. A 0.75L catch can and -10 AN swivel fittings are recommended (two fittings for naturally aspirated cars, three for supercharged cars). Hoses are only included with the NA or ESS supercharger hose kit options.

Features

  • 2 x anodised oil separator block-off plates
  • 1 x washer bottle relocation bracket
  • 1 x ESS supercharger reservoir relocation bracket
  • 4 x genuine BMW gaskets (11157838369 x 2, 11157838370 x 2)
  • 2 x high-temperature plenum block-off caps
  • All installation hardware included
