Dorch Engineering S55 HPFP Lift Kit - BMW F80 M3 | F82 M4 | F87 M2 Competition / CS (S55)

The Dorch Engineering S55 Lift Kit is a higher flowing and easier to tune alternative to a traditional HPFP upgrade, pushing 38% more fuel flow from the OE high pressure fuel pumps – for a fraction of the cost.

Starting with a genuine BMW vacuum pump core, Dorch installs its own cam within the OEM assembly using proprietary tooling and validation equipment. Because the S55 uses one of the smallest fuel pump cams in the Bosch range, the extra flow comes without sacrificing the longevity or reliability of the OE pumps. It is also the only HPFP upgrade that will pass emissions testing on standard DME mapping.

Please note:

• Software changes are not required to run this upgrade, although optimised maps are available via Bootmod3 and MHD (select the "Lift Kit" option when flashing).
• The S55 fuel system is very much limited by its injectors – to see the true benefit of this kit, upgrading to S63 EU5 injectors is highly recommended.
• F87 M2 fitment is for the M2 Competition and M2 CS (S55) only.
