NRW Design Single Turbo / Front Mount Intake Catch Can Kit - BMW G80 M3 | G82 | G83 M4 | G87 M2 (S58)

The NRW Design Single Turbo / Front Mount Intake Catch Can Kit is a hybrid recirculation system for the BMW S58. Instead of venting to atmosphere, the catch can scrubs oil, water and contaminants from the crankcase gases and returns only the clean vapours to the intake – eliminating exhaust fumes in the cabin and oil spray across the engine bay.

On single turbo cars the can connects to an NRW Design velocity stack, and on front mount intake cars it ties into the intake elbow. Both draw gentle negative pressure on the catch can and valve cover, helping to free up power lost to crankcase pressure without pulling oil from the engine. The kits have been proven on test cars running over 50 psi of boost on both pump fuel and E85.

Please note: Only suitable for S58 cars with a single turbo kit using a 4" (or 5") intake, or cars running a front mount intake. Requires the NRW Design billet valve cover or a valve cover setup with 2 x -10AN catch can outlets – not suitable for the standard valve cover. Supplied with everything except the AN lines, which must be made up to suit your configuration.
