Dorch Engineering DS3 High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) - BMW G20 M340i | G22 M440i | G42 M240i | G29 Z4 M40i (B58 Gen2)

The Dorch Engineering DS3 (Dorch Stage 3) brings Dorch's highest flowing single pump to the Gen2 B58. With the largest bore size Dorch has produced and around 20% more fuelling than the DS25, it supports serious power with a simple HPFP swap.

The kit drops straight in with full DME control and includes a 350 bar capacity OEM-quality hardline, so there is no cutting, bending or crimping. Pair it with Dorch injectors and a camshaft upgrade for four-figure direct-injection power.

Please note:

• Software changes are required to run this pump. Bootmod3 and MHD support is coming soon (select the Dorch pump upgrade when flashing); otherwise a custom WinOLS calibration will be needed.
• The DS3 requires larger injectors than the OE S58 items to reach its full potential.
• Please select the option to suit your car. Gen2 B58 vehicles only.
