When the E9x M3 came out BMW was still using a single piston brake caliper. Come the next generation of M3 the base option was a 4+2 pot setup from Brembo, which not only gave much improved braking performance but also looked far better.
They didn't stop there and also offered an optional Carbon Ceramic Brake upgrade. These came with even bigger discs and 6 pot calipers on the front and 4 pots on the rear. This was something that an E9x M3 owner could have only dreamed of being able to spec directly from BMW.
For our friend Farzam he doesn't believe in just dreaming, so he asked us to retrofit that CCB kit to his 650hp supercharged E92 M3. We teamed up with @fcpeuro to retrofit the smaller steel brake kit to our own M3 earlier this year so hoped with their adapter kits help we could get these massive Carbon Ceramic brakes fitted on to his M3.
With all that power this is a massive upgrade and truly finishes off his OEM+ style build.
