The 997 generation Porsche GT cars feature fully adjustable camber at both the front and rear as standard. Whilst this adjustability is good, there is not enough adjustability for more track-focused setups.

A lack of front camber creates understeer and increased tyre wear on the front tyres. Insufficient rear camber relative to front camber will create oversteer as the rear axle loses traction before the front axle does. Neither of these situations are desirable.

To give you more control over the camber angles of your 997 GT car, we've developed our Suspension Secrets Camber Shim Kit for the Porsche 911 (997) GT3/RS & GT2/RS. Our kit features corrosion-resistant stainless steel camber shims that slot seamlessly into your Porsche's front and rear control arms.

The key benefits of our Suspension Secrets Camber Shim Kit for the Porsche 911 (997) GT3/RS & GT2/RS are:

  • Increased front and rear negative camber angles
  • Improved cornering grip
  • More efficient use of tyre contact patch with a reduction in tyre wear
  • Improved steering feel when cornering
  • More neutral chassis balance
  • Easy to install

Our Porsche camber shim kit includes:

  • 4 x 1mm shims
  • 4 x 2mm shims
  • 4 x 3mm shims

This variety of shims gives you the ability to choose a camber level that works for you, and shims can be stacked for greater setup possibilities.

Suspension Secrets' products are designed and manufactured in the UK. Our products are made from billet aircraft-grade 6082 T6 aluminium and corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel. We use motorsport-spec Fluro bearings for maximum performance and longevity.
