As Gen 1 B58 BMWs become popular competition and big-power builds – many now well past 600hp – the factory charge-air cooler manifold becomes the bottleneck. It heat soaks under hard use, pulls timing and can send the car into limp mode, and on high-boost cars the crimped seam between core and tanks is a known failure point. CSF's billet "Super Manifold" is the complete answer.

Developed from CSF's proven Gen 2 B58 manifold with input from race teams and engineering partners VF Engineering, it doubles cooling capacity, adds top-feed port injection and nitrous/methanol provisions, and comes with a KIYLEX Thermal Rejection Spacer and a comprehensive, clearly labelled hardware kit.

• Motorsport-grade bar and plate air-to-water intercooler core
• Double the capacity of the OEM core – 12 rows of water cooling vs. 6 on the OEM unit
• Significantly lower pressure drop across the core compared to OEM

• Improved slotted mounting holes on the throttle body side for easier installation
• Easy access to the spin-off oil filter, with counter-balanced design to maintain airflow to the rear of the core
• Integrated sensor/vacuum pad with three 1/8" NPT ports (plugs included)
• Extruded AN-8 fuel rail for top-feed port injection, with Radium Engineering -8 feed and return hex plug fittings
• Individual port injection bungs on each cylinder runner (supplied pre-plugged)
• Individual 1/8" NPT ports on each runner for nitrous or methanol injection
• 1/8" NPT breather ports on inlet and outlet water connections for easy bleeding and water temperature measurement
• KIYLEX Thermal Rejection Manifold Spacer included – proven to lower intake manifold temperatures by up to 15%
