The optional Akrapovic Sound Kit lets you control the sound of a compatible Akrapovic exhaust on the BMW XM from inside the cabin, switching between a quiet mode and a sportier sound.
A receiver drives the actuators that open and close the exhaust valves, operated via the Sound Remote Controller or the smartphone app.
Please note: this kit is for use with a compatible Akrapovic exhaust system, which is sold separately. The receiver is already included with the Evolution system.
Please note: fitting the Sound Kit invalidates the ECE type approval of the exhaust system.
