Dorch Engineering N55 HPFP Lift Kit (PWG) - BMW F20 M135i | F22 M235i | F30 335i | F32 435i | F87 M2 (N55 PWG)

The Dorch Engineering N55 Lift Kit adds up to 49% more fuel flow on top of a Dorch N55 high pressure fuel pump, unlocking more power than ever before possible from the factory direct-injection system. This version is for N55 engines with the pneumatic wastegate (PWG).

Based on a genuine BMW vacuum pump core fitted with a Dorch Engineering cam using proprietary tooling and validation equipment, it delivers a big increase in fuel flow in a simple, clean package while retaining the safety and sophistication of the standard DME.

Please note:

• Requires a Dorch N55 HPFP (DS15 / DS1 or DS25 / DS2) – not compatible with the OE high pressure fuel pump.
• This kit is for PWG N55 engines – please make sure you select the correct version for your car.
• Software changes are required. Bootmod3 users can select the appropriate "Lift Kit" option when flashing (MHD coming soon); otherwise a custom calibration will be needed.
• When combined with a DS25 (or DS2) there is a minimum power requirement – 430whp (+38%) / 500whp (+49%) on E10. There is no minimum with the DS15 (or DS1).
• Beyond the capacity of a Stage 2 pump the N55 is limited by its injectors – upgrading to S63 EU5 injectors is highly recommended to see the full potential.
• Only suitable for 2013-on N55 engines with the OE Bosch HPFP – not compatible with 2011–2012 N55 vehicles.
